I manage a crew of Tapers & Jointers called – JG Tapers and Jointers London and Nationwide service. My name is James Gallagher. We are a quality focused team and vastly experienced in all aspects of both commercial and residential Taping & Jointing. No job is too big or too small – Sites vary from a small wall or 2 – £500, up to a 500 room hotel in Hounslow – £330K. Based in Luton, we easily cover a 70 mile radius and we do work nationwide priding ourselves of leaving the perfect snag free finish, ready for decorators. We have invested in Festool Sanders and Festool Vacuums, leaving your work environment as clean as when we arrived.

We do not cut any corners. We apply 3 coats of jointing compound and we only use the tough rigid plasterers Angle Bead. Not the cheap corner tape that many jointing teams use. Give me a call or complete the contact form below – you won’t be disappointed.
Plastering v Taping & Jointing
I believe there is a 1 in 10 rule with both Plasterers and Tapers & Jointers. This means 1 in 10 is any good. Taping is cleaner, less muck on the floor and less muck on the jointer (if he’s good). It allows other trades to work in the same areas, this leads to electricians, carpenters and tapers all working in the same area and increases site efficiency.
