How we work across MK
Milton Keynes is one of our most regular markets. The drive from Luton up the M1 is short enough that we can be on an MK site within forty minutes, which is why MK work crosses our desk most weeks. Office fit-outs along the central boulevards, train station office developments, restaurant work around Stadium MK in Bletchley, distribution warehouse finishing at Tongwell.
What makes MK easier to work in than older cities is the planning. The grid road system means access is straightforward, parking on commercial sites is rarely a problem, and the spaces themselves tend to be larger and more open than equivalent jobs in central London or Birmingham. Larger clean spans suit the way we work, full crew of up to six, fast programmes.
Most of our MK work is commercial. Main contractors hire us for office and retail fit-outs along the central boulevards, restaurant chains around Bletchley, and distribution warehouse work in Tongwell. We also handle smaller residential jobs across MK and the surrounding Buckinghamshire villages where we’re already working in the area.

Commercial taping and jointing
Hotels, office fit-outs, retail, hospitality, car showrooms, warehouses. We programme to your schedule, work around the other trades on site, and hit deadlines. Most main contractors hire us labour-only.

Residential taping and jointing
Renovations, extensions, new builds, occupied homes. The Festool kit matters most here. People living in the property don’t end up with dust over their kitchen counters and skirtings when we leave.

Fermacell FST (Fine Surface Treatment)
Fermacell finished to Fine Surface Treatment standard, ready for paint or paper. A lot of jointers won’t touch Fermacell. The technique is different and the margin for error is smaller. We do it, and we do it properly. More on our Fermacell page.

Labour-only or supply and fix
Tell us what suits your build. Materials supplied through us, or yours on site. Most contractors prefer labour-only. Residential clients usually want the full package. Either’s fine, the standard doesn’t change.
